Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund conditions are evaluated according to service type and work commencement status.
For services not yet started and not yet customized, cancellation requests may be evaluated within a reasonable period. For services already started, delivered or activated upon client approval, refund rights may be partially or fully limited.
